Westfall is part of the Beverly Rural Fire District. Westfall has its own building and has four trucks for its use. The building is located at 106 Madison Avenue in Westfall.
Westfall has had no changes in the department since last year. Westfall is trying to get a grant for new air packs this year. The department makes a number of runs to fires and accidents on the short stretch of I-70 that runs through southern Lincoln County.
Volunteer firefighters in Westfall are: Billy Day, Lonnie Donely, Bud Hachmeister, Gaylan Kissick, Don Little, Merlin Lyne, Jim Marinhagen, Kenny Marinhagen, Janet Suelter, Keith Suelter, Stanley Suelter, Todd Suelter, Rodney VonFange, Chief Jeff White, Richard White, and Dan Wieneke.
