The Lincoln City Fire Department is responsible for fighting fire or responding to accidents within the city limits.

City fire trucks include a pumper and ladder truck.  The department has not received or applied for any grants in the past year, said Lincoln Fire Chief Terry Stertz.

City firefighters include: Doug Budreau, Roger Hayworth, Bret Kingan, Steve McReynolds, Randy Obermueller, Jeff Lyne, Scott Meier, Terry Stertz, Loren Peterson, Jason Zachgo, Del Vignery, Angel Vath, and Perry Zachgo.

City Fire Trucks are housed at the emergency services building, 102 N Sixth Street in Lincoln.
